Charlie, an exasperated manager desperately trying to keep his independent garage afloat, fends off a ruthless rival business. However, his greatest challenge isn't the competition, it's his own wildly dysfunctional crew of eccentric slackers, whose constant hazing, inappropriate pranks, and reckless behavior test his sanity at every turn.
